A leading commercial HVAC contractor is hiring a General Manager-HVAC to take the reins of a high-performing, revenue-generating division and push it to the next level.

What You'll Own
- Full P&L responsibility for a large commercial service division - 100+ team members (techs, field supervisors, CSR, billing, warehouse) - Service growth strategy + PM agreement expansion - Margin improvement, KPI accountability, labor efficiency - Key customer relationships and high-level escalations - Culture, safety, and strong field leadership presence

You'll be in the field. In the numbers. In the strategy. This is hands-on executive leadership.

What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in commercial HVAC service - 3-5+ years leading at a high level with P&L responsibility - Experience managing large, multi-layered teams - Strong operational and financial instincts - Comfortable in a performance-driven, accountable environment - Full-time, on-site leadership
