Three Brothers Company a Construction Concrete .company is looking for a Join a dedicated team as a Yard Associate / Driver, where you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by safely moving, loading, and managing materials in our yard. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, contributing to the smooth flow of materials and supporting our foremen and customers. Responsibilities

• Safely move loads to designated destinations within the yard and to job sites as needed
• Accurately build and prepare loads according to written purchase and transfer orders
• Carefully load and offload materials to prevent damage to products or equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the yard
• Manage inventory and assets, including counting and verifying materials against prepared lists
• Follow all safety procedures and practices to ensure the well-being of yourself and coworkers
• Operate vehicles and equipment as required, including driving and using hand and power tools
• Interact with customers and team members in a consistently positive and professional manner
• Perform physical activities such as standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting materials in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• CDL license
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and up to 65 pounds occasionally
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with products stocked and their use on job sites
• Ability to read orders and accurately write labels for order identification
• Ability to use simple hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to count and verify inventory accurately
• Ability to work effectively outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Positive communication and teamwork skills

This is a full-time position. We are a drug-free company.
