Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Ariba B2B Integration / EDI Specialist with 10+ years of experience in SAP Ariba, supplier onboarding, and B2B/EDI integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC), SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), SAP S/4HANA , and supplier enablement across enterprise procurement and supply chain environments.

This role will lead end-to-end supplier onboarding initiatives, manage multiple integration projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless EDI/B2B connectivity between SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and supplier systems.

• Lead end-to-end supplier onboarding and B2B/EDI integration projects using SAP Ariba SCC and SAP Ariba CIG .
• Design, implement, and support integrations between SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, Ariba Network, and supplier systems .
• Manage multiple supplier onboarding projects while ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality execution.
• Coordinate with suppliers, business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, EDI partners, and technical integration teams.
• Drive EDI implementation, mapping, testing, validation, production deployment, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve defects.
• Conduct integration testing, supplier certification, and production readiness activities.
• Track project milestones, identify risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain integration documentation, onboarding plans, test scripts, deployment plans, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, logistics, and IT teams to deliver scalable supplier integration solutions.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Ariba, SAP Integration, and EDI/B2B implementations .
• Hands-on expertise with:
  • SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC)
  • SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
  • SAP Ariba Network
  • SAP S/4HANA
• Strong knowledge of EDI X12 and EDIFACT transaction sets including 830, 850, 855, 856, 810, 820, and 997 .
• Experience with supplier onboarding, supplier enablement, and procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.
• Strong understanding of B2B integration architecture, EDI mapping, validation, testing, and production support.
• Experience managing multiple supplier integration workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.

• Experience with SAP Integration Suite, CPI, PI/PO , or other middleware platforms.
• Background in Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail, or Supply Chain industries.
• Experience with large-scale supplier enablement programs.
• PMP, SAP Ariba, or related integration certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
