We are currently hiring motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Success & Sales Associate . This is a fully remote, entry-level opportunity for candidates who enjoy building relationships, helping clients, and developing valuable communication and sales skills.

No previous experience is required. We provide structured onboarding, guided training, and ongoing support to help you build the knowledge and confidence needed for long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Educate clients on available benefit options and services
• Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Access to a computer or laptop
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
