We are seeking an experienced Oracle OPAL Data Migration Consultant to support a multi-year Oracle Permitting and Licensing (OPAL) implementation. The consultant will be responsible for data migration strategy, data mapping, transformation, validation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support across multiple implementation waves.
