POSITION SUMMARY:

Martis Camp is a private community in beautiful Truckee, California. We are looking for a full-time teammate to join the Gatehouse team.
The ideal candidate provides exceptional customer service while spreading goodwill and hospitality with Members, guests, and fellow Ambassadors. The Gatehouse team staffs the Gatehouse 24-hours a day, seven days a week. The primary focus of this position is outstanding customer service in assisting members, protecting the integrity of access and safety of Martis Camp. Some of the services include a community safety patrol, package delivery, home inspections, and facility and residential lockups and closings. A full-time hybrid schedule is currently available, working Thursday/Friday as a swing shift (11:00 AM - 9:30 PM) and Saturday/Sunday graveyard (9:30 PM - 8:00 AM).

REQUIREMENTS: (with or without accommodations)

• The fulltime position requires a 40-hour per week (4 shifts/week) commitment
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand/walk for up to 2 hours at a time, sit for up to two hours at a time.
• Ability to twist, kneel, and bend repeatedly while moving inventory or assisting members 
• A clean DMV record must be provided upon offer of job
• No Visible Tattoos while wearing a long or short sleeve shirt
• A pre-employment drug screen, which includes marijuana
• Must be at least 21 years' old for vehicle insurance purposes
• A pre-employment background check is completed on each new team membe rs

Wage Range: $27.50/hour
