This role is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in event coordination while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities * Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events. * Welcome attendees and provide professional assistance. * Organize event materials, displays, and supplies. * Help coordinate event logistics and daily activities. * Maintain organized event spaces throughout promotional events. * Gather attendee feedback to support future event improvements. * Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. * Represent the company professionally during promotional events. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and reliability. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
