Job Description

We are seeking an experienced EDI Project Manager to support a long-term enterprise initiative. This is a functional project management role requiring strong business knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). The ideal candidate will lead EDI-related workstreams while supporting an ongoing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation.

This position is best suited for a Project Manager with excellent stakeholder management, project coordination, and EDI business process expertise. Hands-on technical EDI development experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EDI-related projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Support EDI initiatives associated with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation.
• Drive project timelines, deliverables, risk management, and status reporting.
• Gather business requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues and roadblocks.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading EDI-focused initiatives.
• Strong business understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and integrations.
• Experience supporting or participating in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
• Excellent project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP implementation or modernization projects.
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution business processes.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus
