Job Description
Enters data from loan applications and related documentation into a commercial loan management system while ensuring data quality, accuracy and completeness.
Retrieves and updates information on existing loans, as required.
Examines documents for missing or invalid data.
Identifies and corrects erroneous transactions.
Locates and assists in resolving out-of-balance transactions.

Position Title: Data Entry Clerk - Contractor
Position Location: Atlanta, GA
Provide locations: 1669 Phoeniz Parway, College Park, GA
Remote/Onsite: Onsite 5 days
Acceptable time zone(s): EST
Days of the week: M-F
Working Hours: 7a-3:30 pm
OT: Not required, but possible if necessary
Travel: No
Intended length of Assignment: through Oct. 6 2026

Potential for Contract Extension: Yes
This position is contract with the right to hire if a need becomes available.
Managers will only look at candidates that are open to converting to a full time employee.

Function of the Group: Process payments on behalf of Treasury
Initiatives/Projects: scanning documents, keying in data
Industry background: ing preferred, production environment and machine operation
Team Dynamic: Team of 20 to 30 on shift, working cross functionally with other teams

Must Have Technical Skills: Years of experience: 1-3 yrs Familiarity with Production Environment
Flex Skills/Nice to Have: Machine Operation Skills- Scanning
