Job Description

: As a Collection Manager at Azdan, you will be pivotal in optimizing our cash flow, minimizing bad debt losses, and maintaining positive client relationships. Responsibilities: -

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts.

• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced efficiency.

Policy and Procedure Development:

• Establish and enforce credit and collection policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to debt collection.

Client Communication:

• Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate repayment plans.
• Address escalated customer inquiries and disputes in a professional and timely manner.

Data Analysis:

• Utilize data analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of collection strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to evaluate collection efforts.

Reporting and Insights:

• Generate comprehensive reports on collection activities, delinquencies, and recoveries.
• Provide management with insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency of the collections function.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate relevant improvements.
• Any Other task Assigned by the manager.

Specification (Qualification, Experience, and Skills):

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in collections management within the Software industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Diplomatic ability to influence others at all levels of the business.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection.
• Fluent in English.
• Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS projects.
• Ability to competently mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions.
• Willingness to travel as needed (if applicable).
